How many times over the years have we seen a high-profile celebrity couple rushing their romance and getting married far too soon. We don't mean to put a downer on these things, as we always hope for the best and wish these stars all the happiness in the world but, more often than not and pretty much every time, these marriages which take place too soon do not last at all.
Anyway, by now we are sure that you have all heard that music star Joe Jonas has proposed to his actress girlfriend Sophie Turner with the Game of Thrones star saying yes, despite the fact that the two stars have been a couple for less than a year. With that said though, it seems that there are plenty of people who are pleased for the happy couple, with many messages of congratulations.
Joe Jonas took to his official Instagram account to share with the world that he and Sophie Turner are going to get married, which led to his ex-girlfriend Demi Lovato to send a message of congratulations to the couple. Demi replied to his Instagram post with the message, "HUGE CONGRATS. Sooooo happy for the both of you! (sic)."
It will be interesting to see just how long the engagement will last and when Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas will actually get married. We are sure that it is not something that they will rush but, then again, they are engaged after less than a year so the wedding could come sooner than we would expect. Congratulations guys!
